1st half Super. 2nd half’s 1st have is Good. CLimax just Ok. Technically, it is good movie, nice camera work. Even 7am arivu was good story, it was Not shooted well. I really appreciate. Dileep done Better. Kunchako looking Good.
I have seen the film Spanish Masala and it is good. The frames are colorful especially the Spanish scenes in brownish theme. You haven’t forgotten to bring your style by adding some Kerala scenes in green as well. Kamena is really beautiful and the style of Biju Menon and Kunchacko Boban are very attractive. Dileep was not at his best in look wise. The songs are good (not great), full mark to cinematography for its quality and freshness (reminded me the film Mazhavil).
But there are some negatives as well. If you could add some more effort to solve those issues, then it would have been a great film in my opinion.
1. The kid’s performance as Dileep in school was really boring. It looked like very artificial.
2. Majeed (I don’t remember the name) – the owner of coffee shop, was also not up to the mark.
3. Dileep plays his usual role with all comfort but sometimes really boring with some of over actions and over sentiments.
4. The tomato scene was wonderful, but the effort to make it part of the story by asking Dileep and his mom to mix it with the scene were awkward.
All together, it was a good recipe cooked in hurry without giving much attention to the details. Like a wine prepared in “Thattukada”.

To be frank the film is not up to the mark….because the script reminds some old kamal films…(appu ..apoorvasahodarangal….moonnam pakkam…) and laletans kalippaatam….even sharthkumar and vijayakanth done the roles in director vikramans movies….
I dont know whether you have done purposefully a blue background throught the film….it was good….
You have given a very good entry to nelson and he done the role nicely and thank you very much for not putting suraj venjaaramood in that role….
Since you have proved that you are a good director please dont go for the scripts like this …..
